FLCM Excursion Booking Conditions
Prior to the event:
- Members are given priority by earlier receipt of trip details.
- A booking is completed once the booking form (or the information requested on it) is supplied and payment is made.
- Confirmation that an event will go ahead will be sent once sufficient bookings are made to cover the break-even point. Events are not run at a loss.
- If you are unable to take your place, refunds can be issued if we have a waiting list and can reallocate the seat. You are welcome to arrange for a substitute to attend in your place. Refunds are not given for overnight stays as you should be able to claim on your travel insurance.On the day:
- Please be mindful of other participants and refrain from participating if you are unwell with, say an infectious illness e.g. a sore throat, a cough, cold or covid.
- The times given are the departure times and you should aim to be at least five or ten minutes early as it takes time for everyone to board the coach.
- Very rarely circumstances dictate that alterations to the published itinerary are made and the organiser cannot be held responsible for these.Thank you for supporting the FLCM which supports the Museum Service by giving grants for the conservation, purchase and display of Leeds-related items.
